Aerial Renderings

aerial rendering of proposed plaza areaAerial renderings have several distinct advantages over inserting a computer model or building rendering into an existing aerial photograph.  In an aerial rendering the entire illustration, both the surrounding area and buildings and the new buildings are rendered in the same color scheme to produce a much more pleasing effect. In a full aerial rendering the colors, angle of view, and details can be manipulated to emphasize all the positive features of the new/proposed construction. Most aerial photographs contain elements such as utility poles and lines, random colors and entourage that distract from the buildings or areas to be developed.
